Stephen Stills Manassas Rock Music CD Review

Manassas is the latest release from Rock Star Stephen Stills, and I can only think of one word to describe this CD… AWESOME!

The CD opens with a great track, Song Of Love, that I anticipate will be heard on radio stations everywhere, and deservedly so. It really is a very nice track.

Stephen Stills possesses the characteristic of being able to win you over with him talent alone. The kind of artist I really enjoy listening to.

I give Manassas my highest recommendation. It just plain belongs in any serious music collectors collection regardless of genre preference.

While the entire CD is really very good some of my favorites are track 5 – Both Of Us, track 11 – Don’t Look At My Shadow, and track 21 – Blues Man

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1 – Song Of Love. What a nice track!

does natasha bedingfield still make christian music?

as some of you may know bedingfield use to be in a christian pop group with her sibilings, she also wrote many songs for hillsong one of the biggest worship bands in the world. Now shes doing her solo thing and making very good pop positive music, no sexual content, no skimpy outfits, etc etc. So does that mean that I can play her music at my church on a youth night, if you listen to the lyrics in pocket full of sunshine is sounds christian based, all her music really sounds faith based, just because you dont say Jesus or be very straight forward doesnt mean its not christian lyrics, its called testimony music. basically what secular artist do but without a negative message.

I just want someone to say yes or no, if u can give an explanation to back up your answer that would be great too.

Hmm, depends if the church is not based solely on hypocrisy, like most churches (no offense to you though). A church cannot be mad for playing a song of a woman whom ’sold her soul to the devil’ so they say yet lie, cheat and molest 247. Go ahead, it can do no harm.
